Project technical support
We help you select the species, calculate the volume, and coordinate the profile and finish. We advise architects and manufacturers at the specification stage.
Production to your individual specification
If a standard size does not fit your project, we launch a dedicated production line to order: cutting to drawing, profile milling, non-standard thickness, finish for a specific coating. The technical capability of production is confirmed before the batch is launched.
Every batch goes through three stages of inspection
Before shipment, we record the condition of the material at three points: after kiln drying, after milling, and during container packing. The customer receives a photo report and video of the batch before the container leaves the port.
Drying and acclimatization
Moisture measurement at multiple points of the solid wood using a moisture meter. Geometry check and absence of critical cracks after the kiln.
Milling and sorting
Profile compliance check against the drawing, sorting by agreed specification, rejection of pieces with visible defects.
Packaging and sealing
Bundles are labeled, packed in shrink wrap, the container is sealed. The final photo report is sent.
From inquiry to unloading at the site
Six steps, each confirmed in writing. At any stage, an independent surveyor can be engaged on behalf of the customer.
Technical specification

The standard scheme — 30–50% advance upon contract signing, the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. For regular customers and large projects, staged payment according to the production schedule is possible. Currency — USD or EUR.
Production — 25–45 days depending on volume and profile complexity. Sea freight to Europe — 30–40 days, to the Middle East — 18–25 days, to Asia — 7–15 days. The exact timeline is fixed in the contract.
Yes. We ship a sample set of the selected species sized 100×200 mm with grade, density and durability class indicated. The sample cost is deducted from the cost of the first batch once the order is confirmed.
Every batch is accompanied by a document from the SVLK system (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu), which is part of the FLEGT agreement between Indonesia and the EU. This guarantees the legality of origin and compliance with the export requirements of the importing countries.
